Families at St. Jude the Apostle School gathered Sunday to assemble 98 shoeboxes full of toiletries, snacks and other essentials to deliver to the homeless men’s shelter at Central Presbyterian Church in Atlanta.

Each box, hand decorated by the children for Valentine’s Day, also contained a handmade Valentine card. In addition to the shoeboxes, each of the 47 families made colorful fleece blankets.
